
The following service levels include pro-active system management services, regular software update service, the provision of 24/7 monitoring and alerts service for system downtime/failure, as well as access to our specialized consulting services (at standard time and materials rates). In detail, these services offer that:
Systems will be remotely monitored on a daily basis for proper operation (i.e. completed system backups, unauthorized access, sufficient system storage, and proper execution of automated tasks.)
Systems will be kept up to date through our patch management system, assuring the latest patches and updates are applied to your systems.
Operational problems with commercial off-the-shelf software will be addressed through manufacturer support as available.
Included are access to:
Unlimited 24/7 access to our web-based help desk system allowing you to alert us to your requests and problems.
Unlimited web-based technical support. This allows us to remotely* control your machines through highly secured connections for diagnosis/repair thus providing support without unnecessary business interruptions.
On site service within 1 business day.
